- 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 potatoes, diced

- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients: Dice onions and potatoes and trim green beans.
