- 2 cups baby bok choy, chopped
- 1 cup wonton strips

Instructions
- Combine ground chicken, grated ginger, and minced garlic in a mixing bowl.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- In a large pot, heat the chicken broth over medium heat until it simmers.
- Add the meatballs to the simmering broth and cook for about 10 minutes until fully cooked.
- Stir in the chopped bok choy and soy sauce; cook until bok choy is tender (about 2-3 minutes).
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve hot, garnished with wonton strips and green onions.
Notes
Serve the soup warm, and drizzle a bit of sesame oil on top for added flavor.
