Description

A delightful twist on classic cheeseburger flavors, these bite-sized treats are perfect for parties or family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well and remove from heat.
  4. Roll out biscuit dough pieces and flatten slightly.
  5. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture and a sprinkle of mozzarella in the center of each biscuit.
  6. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
  7. Arrange the bombs on a baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
