- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well and remove from heat.
- Roll out biscuit dough pieces and flatten slightly.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture and a sprinkle of mozzarella in the center of each biscuit.
- Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Arrange the bombs on a baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
