- 2 oranges, plus 2 cups freshly squeezed orange juice
- 2 cups (10 ounces) strawberries
- 1 cup ½-inch pineapple pieces
- 1 (15 ounces) can sliced peaches, drained and chopped into ½-inch pieces
- 3 cups ice cubes
- 2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons sugar (optional)
Instructions
- Start by pouring the lemon juice into a large bowl.
- Chop the apple, pear, bananas, oranges, and strawberries, adding each fruit to the bowl of lemon juice as you chop to prevent browning.
- Stir gently to coat the fruit in lemon juice.
- Add the pineapple and peaches, tossing gently to combine.
- Incorporate the orange juice, ice cubes, water, and sugar (if using), and stir gently again to combine.
- Serve this refreshing salad in cups or bowls, with the juice spooned over the top.
Notes
Refrigerate for up to 3 hours before serving. Avoid adding ice cubes until right before serving for storage.
