- 500 g ground beef
- 1 medium carrot, finely grated
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Spring roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Combine ground beef, grated carrot, minced garlic, chopped onion, soy sauce, salt, and pepper in a large bowl and mix well.
- Place a spoonful of the mixture on one edge of a spring roll wrapper, fold the sides, and roll tightly.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the spring rolls until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot with your choice of dipping sauce.
Notes
Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. Don’t overfill the wrappers to avoid breakage during frying. Make sure the oil is hot enough for a perfect crunch.
