Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, cornmeal, salt, pepper, and cayenne.
- Dip the cod strips in the mixture until well coated.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and fry the cod until golden and crispy, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
