- 1 can cherry pie filling
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust evenly.
- Top with cherry pie filling.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes before serving. Enjoy!

For a firmer cheesecake, let it chill overnight. You can use other canned fruit toppings for variety.
