Description

A simple and quick no-bake cheesecake topped with sweet cherry filling, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 can cherry pie filling

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  2. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust evenly.
  4. Top with cherry pie filling.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
