  • 4 chicken thighs

  • Cherry tomatoes, halved (for salad)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Coat the chicken drumsticks and thighs with the mixture.
  4. Place the chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
