- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chicken breasts and cook until golden brown on each side.
- Remove the chicken and set it aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and add dried thyme, stirring to combine.
- Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and the sauce thickens.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and coat it with the creamy sauce.
- Simmer for a few more minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add red pepper flakes to the creamy sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
