Description

A delightful dish that combines tender chicken with a rich creamy garlic sauce, perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the chicken breasts and cook until golden brown on each side.
  4. Remove the chicken and set it aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  6. Pour in the heavy cream and add dried thyme, stirring to combine.
  7. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and the sauce thickens.
  8. Return the chicken to the skillet and coat it with the creamy sauce.
  9. Simmer for a few more minutes.
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add red pepper flakes to the creamy sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
