Description
A delicious and easy-to-make vegetarian dish that combines crispy cauliflower with a spicy bang bang sauce.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Oil for frying
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha (or to taste)
- Chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Mix flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to create a batter.
- Dip cauliflower florets into the batter, ensuring they’re well coated.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the battered cauliflower until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes.
- Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha to make the bang bang sauce in another bowl.
- Toss the crispy cauliflower in the sauce until evenly coated.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
Ensure your oil is hot enough before frying for extra crispiness. Adjust Sriracha to control heat. Consider double-dipping the cauliflower for an even crispier result.
