Crispy and healthy kale chips made easily in an air fryer.
Ingredients
Scale
- 5 cups kale, roughly chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 360°F (182°C).
- Combine kale, olive oil, and salt in a mixing bowl. Toss until evenly coated.
- Place kale in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through for even cooking.
- Remove from air fryer and let cool before serving.
Notes
Ensure kale is thoroughly dried after washing to achieve maximum crispiness. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for best freshness.
