Instructions
- Peel and thinly slice the cucumber.
- Mix cream cheese with fresh dill, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer the cucumber slices on half of the bread slices.
- Top with the other half of the bread slices and press gently.
- Cut the sandwiches into quarters or halves and serve.
