Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Layer the thinly sliced potatoes in a baking dish.
- Mix the fresh cream (or milk) with the onion soup powder until well combined.
- Pour the mixture evenly over the potatoes.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until the top is golden and the potatoes are tender.
