Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1 cup peach preserves

Instructions

  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.

  4. Fold in the sliced peaches, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  6. Dollop the peach preserves on top, swirling slightly with a knife.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until set.
  8. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
