- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the chicken breasts and sear until golden on both sides.
- Combine blackberries, goat cheese, heavy cream, and thyme in a bowl.
- Spread the blackberry mixture over the chicken in the skillet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve warm.
