Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Boil sweet potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes; drain and mash.
- Mix butter, maple syrup, cinnamon, salt, and vanilla in a bowl.
- Combine the butter mixture with mashed sweet potatoes and pecans.
- Spread into a greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
