- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced tomatoes

- 1 packet taco seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the corn, black beans, sour cream, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, tomatoes, green onions, and taco seasoning.
- Stir until well mixed.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately with tortilla chips, or refrigerate for later.
Notes
For added flavor, roast the corn before mixing it in. Add diced jalapeños or a splash of hot sauce for heat. Experiment with different cheeses for a unique twist.
