- 1 pound cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 hot dog buns
- Butter for toasting the buns
- Lettuce leaves (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the chopped lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chives, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt a little butter and toast the hot dog buns until golden brown.
- If using, place a lettuce leaf in each bun.
- Fill each bun with the lobster mixture.
- Serve immediately.
