Description

Classic Maine lobster rolls featuring sweet, rich lobster meat mixed with creamy mayonnaise and served on toasted buns.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 hot dog buns
  • Butter for toasting the buns
  • Lettuce leaves (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the chopped lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chives, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt a little butter and toast the hot dog buns until golden brown.
  3. If using, place a lettuce leaf in each bun.
