- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan.
- Cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in another bowl.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk, and mix until just combined.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared bundt pan.
- Sprinkle a mixture of cinnamon and sugar over the first layer of batter.
- Pour the remaining batter over the cinnamon layer.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before inverting onto a plate.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving, if desired.
