Description

A delicious and healthy option that combines grilled chicken with fresh greens, perfect for a quick dinner or a light lunch.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 head romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup croutons
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for grilling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.
  3. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Let it rest before slicing.
  4. Wash and chop the romaine lettuce while the chicken is grilling.
  5. Combine the lettuce, Caesar dressing, and half of the parmesan cheese in a large bowl. Toss until well coated.
  6. Slice the grilled chicken and place it on top of the salad.
  7. Sprinkle with remaining parmesan cheese and add croutons before serving.
