Instructions
- Mix together the creamy peanut butter and softened unsalted butter until smooth.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing until well combined.
- Spread the peanut butter mixture onto graham crackers.
- Place another graham cracker on top to form a sandwich.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each sandwich into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s coated.
- Place on parchment paper to set until the chocolate hardens.
Notes
For easier mixing, ensure the butter is softened. You can add crushed nuts or sprinkles on top of the chocolate for extra flavor.
