Description

A delightful combination of creamy cheesecake and crunchy crumble topped with fresh blueberries, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the springform pan.
  3. Beat sugar, eggs, sour cream, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Fold in blueberries, flour, baking powder, and salt. Pour over crust.
  5. Bake for 50-60 minutes until set. Cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  6. Serve chilled and enjoy!
