- 3 large eggs (room temperature)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the springform pan.
- Beat sugar, eggs, sour cream, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in blueberries, flour, baking powder, and salt. Pour over crust.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until set. Cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
