Description

A delicious pasta salad combining the classic flavors of bacon, lettuce, and tomato with a creamy dressing.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces rotini pasta
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 cups shredded Romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and let it cool completely.
  2. Combine the cooled pasta, crumbled bacon, halved cherry tomatoes, and shredded Romaine lettuce in a large bowl.
  3. Mix the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper in a separate small bowl.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss until everything is well-coated.
  5. Chill the salad in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a lighter version, consider using Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise. You can also add cheese or incorporate other vegetables.
