Instructions
- Combine ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, minced garlic, and chopped onion in a bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides.
- Pour the tomato sauce over the meatballs and let simmer for 20 minutes.
