Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (like bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground turkey in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, and soy sauce in a separate bowl to create the creamy spicy sauce.
  3. Add mixed vegetables to the skillet with the turkey and stir until heated through.
  4. Serve the turkey and vegetable mixture over cooked rice. Drizzle with the spicy sauce and garnish with green onions.
