- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Mix the Caesar dressing and grated Parmesan cheese in a bowl.
- Coat each chicken breast with the Caesar-Parmesan mixture.
- Place the breadcrumbs on a plate and dredge the coated chicken breasts in them to evenly coat.
- Drizzle olive oil in a baking dish and place the coated chicken breasts in it.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
- Serve warm.
