Description

A delicious and simple dish that brings classic Caesar salad flavors to a hearty main course, perfect for family dinners or gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Mix the Caesar dressing and grated Parmesan cheese in a bowl.
  4. Coat each chicken breast with the Caesar-Parmesan mixture.
  5. Place the breadcrumbs on a plate and dredge the coated chicken breasts in them to evenly coat.
  6. Drizzle olive oil in a baking dish and place the coated chicken breasts in it.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
  8. Serve warm.

Notes
