This Air Fryer Parmesan Crusted Chicken recipe combines crispy, golden crust with minimal oil for a flavorful weeknight dinner.

- 2 chicken breasts, sliced into cutlets
- 1 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1–2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Olive oil spray, for cooking
Instructions
- Pound chicken cutlets to 1/2-inch thickness and season with salt and pepper.
- In one shallow dish, beat eggs. In another, combine panko, Parmesan, and garlic powder.
- Dip each chicken cutlet in egg, then press into the panko mixture.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and spray basket with oil.
- Place coated cutlets in a single layer and spray tops with oil. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Once golden and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C), remove and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve with lemon wedges, dipping sauces, or atop a salad for a complete meal.
