Description

This Air Fryer Parmesan Crusted Chicken recipe combines crispy, golden crust with minimal oil for a flavorful weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced into cutlets
  • 1 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 12 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil spray, for cooking

Instructions

  1. Pound chicken cutlets to 1/2-inch thickness and season with salt and pepper.
  2. In one shallow dish, beat eggs. In another, combine panko, Parmesan, and garlic powder.
  3. Dip each chicken cutlet in egg, then press into the panko mixture.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and spray basket with oil.
  5. Place coated cutlets in a single layer and spray tops with oil. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Once golden and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C), remove and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve with lemon wedges, dipping sauces, or atop a salad for a complete meal.
