- 4 medium potatoes
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and dry the potatoes, then poke holes in them with a fork.
- Mix the buttermilk with melted butter in a bowl.
- Dip each potato in the buttermilk mixture to coat and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 45-60 minutes or until tender when pierced with a fork.
- Serve warm.
Notes
Choose potatoes that are similar in size for even cooking. You can also add toppings like sour cream, cheese, or chives.
