Description

This quick and easy Zesty Lemon Ricotta and Spinach Pasta is a healthy meal bursting with vibrant flavors and creamy texture, ready in just 30 minutes!


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (spaghetti or penne)
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 lemon (zested and juiced)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
