A delicious and hydrating drink combining lemon, chia seeds, and apple cider vinegar to support weight loss and appetite control.
Ingredients
Scale
- 12–16 oz cold water or coconut water
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/8–1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Optional: 1–2 drops liquid stevia or 1/4 tsp monk fruit
Instructions
- Choose your base — cold water or coconut water.
- Stir chia seeds into the liquid and let sit for 5–10 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Add lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, grated ginger, and cinnamon.
- If desired, sweeten lightly with stevia or monk fruit.
- Shake or stir well and serve over ice.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 48 hours.
Notes
Start with minimal vinegar and no sweetener to reset your palate. Adjust ingredients to taste over time.
