Description

A delicious and hydrating drink combining lemon, chia seeds, and apple cider vinegar to support weight loss and appetite control.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1216 oz cold water or coconut water
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp grated ginger
  • 1/81/4 tsp cinnamon
  • Optional: 1–2 drops liquid stevia or 1/4 tsp monk fruit

Instructions

  1. Choose your base — cold water or coconut water.
  2. Stir chia seeds into the liquid and let sit for 5–10 minutes until slightly thickened.
  3. Add lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, grated ginger, and cinnamon.
  4. If desired, sweeten lightly with stevia or monk fruit.
  5. Shake or stir well and serve over ice.
  6. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 48 hours.

Notes

Start with minimal vinegar and no sweetener to reset your palate. Adjust ingredients to taste over time.
