- 75 g marshmallows (mini or chopped regular)
- 100 g biscuits (broken into pieces)
- 75 g nuts (toasted, roughly chopped)
- 30–50 g dried fruit or chocolate chips (optional)
- Pinch of flaky sea salt
Instructions
- Line your pan with parchment to ensure easy release.
- Chop white chocolate into uniform pieces for even melting.
- Toast nuts briefly in a dry pan until aromatic; cool.
- Break biscuits into bite-sized pieces.
- Using a double boiler, gently melt the chocolate until smooth. Alternatively, use a microwave in 20–30 second bursts, stirring in between.
- Once melted, let chocolate cool slightly and then fold in the marshmallows, biscuits, nuts, and dried fruit gently.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm up.
- Once set, cut into bars and serve at room temperature for the best texture.
