Description

A nostalgic and elegant no-bake treat featuring white chocolate, marshmallows, nuts, and biscuits, perfect for gifts or personal indulgence.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 400 g white chocolate (chopped)
  • 75 g marshmallows (mini or chopped regular)
  • 100 g biscuits (broken into pieces)
  • 75 g nuts (toasted, roughly chopped)
  • 3050 g dried fruit or chocolate chips (optional)
  • Pinch of flaky sea salt

Instructions

  1. Line your pan with parchment to ensure easy release.
  2. Chop white chocolate into uniform pieces for even melting.
  3. Toast nuts briefly in a dry pan until aromatic; cool.
  4. Break biscuits into bite-sized pieces.
  5. Using a double boiler, gently melt the chocolate until smooth. Alternatively, use a microwave in 20–30 second bursts, stirring in between.
  6. Once melted, let chocolate cool slightly and then fold in the marshmallows, biscuits, nuts, and dried fruit gently.
  7. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  8. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm up.
  9. Once set, cut into bars and serve at room temperature for the best texture.

Notes

For a professional finish, consider tempering the chocolate. Add mix-ins based on preference and dietary needs.
