- Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Start by slicing the halloumi cheese into approximately ½-inch thick slices.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add a drizzle of olive oil and place the halloumi slices in the pan. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- While the halloumi is cooking, slice your chosen vegetables.
- Once the halloumi is ready, lay a tortilla wrap flat on a plate. Start by adding a generous layer of fresh vegetables, followed by the cooked halloumi slices.
- Drizzle sweet chili sauce over the halloumi and veggies.
- Finish with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice over the top for brightness.
