- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon chili flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Grill or sear the beef slices over medium-high heat until cooked to your preference (about 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare). Let the beef rest for a few minutes, then slice it thinly against the grain.
- In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion. Toss gently.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, chili flakes, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Add the sliced beef on top of the salad mixture, and drizzle with the dressing. Toss gently to ensure everything is coated beautifully.
- Garnish with fresh mint and cilantro before serving. Enjoy fresh!
Notes
