- 1–2 tbsp Honey
- Baguette or crostini
- 1 cup Blueberries
- 1/4 cup Balsamic vinegar
- Olive oil
- Fresh herbs (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Spread the crostini or sliced baguette on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, then bake until golden and crispy (about 5-7 minutes).
- In a mixing bowl, combine goat cheese, cream cheese, and honey; season with salt and pepper, mixing until smooth.
- In a small saucepan, combine blueberries and balsamic vinegar over medium heat until the blueberries burst and the mixture thickens slightly (5-10 minutes).
- Spread the whipped cheese mixture over each toasted crostini.
- Top each crostini with the blueberry balsamic reduction.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve immediately.
