- 1 tbsp rice vinegar

- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Prep all ingredients, chopping vegetables and chicken (5 minutes).
- Heat a large skillet or wok on medium-high heat; add olive oil and wait until shimmering (2 minutes).
- Add chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through, stirring occasionally (5-7 minutes).
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger; sauté until fragrant (1 minute).
- In a bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes; pour over chicken and adjust seasoning (3 minutes).
- Stir in sliced bell pepper and broccoli florets, cooking until veggies soften (5-7 minutes).
- Garnish with sesame seeds and fresh cilantro; serve hot (2 minutes).
Notes
Feel free to substitute chicken with tofu or shrimp for a different protein option. Adjust the sauce ingredients to taste for desired sweetness and spice.
