- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients and let cream cheese come to room temperature.
- In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until well combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of each muffin cup.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold in whipped cream and chopped strawberries until combined.
- Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the crust in each muffin tin.
- Place the muffin tin in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
- Remove the bites from the muffin tin, peel off liners, and serve chilled.
Notes
These bites can be made up to a week in advance and stored in the freezer. Ideal for summer parties!
