Description

A delightful no-bake treat featuring a creamy cheesecake filling, crunchy crust, and topped with fresh strawberries, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients and let cream cheese come to room temperature.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of each muffin cup.
  4. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  5. Fold in whipped cream and chopped strawberries until combined.
  6. Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the crust in each muffin tin.
  7. Place the muffin tin in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
  8. Remove the bites from the muffin tin, peel off liners, and serve chilled.

Notes

These bites can be made up to a week in advance and stored in the freezer. Ideal for summer parties!
