- 12 pieces jumbo pasta shells
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Boil the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside to cool slightly.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, chopped spinach, grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until evenly blended and creamy.
- Carefully fill each cooked shell with the ricotta and spinach mixture and place them snugly in a baking dish.
- Pour the marinara sauce over the stuffed shells, ensuring they’re well-coated, then sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
