Ingredients

- 2 chicken breasts
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- Olive oil for cooking
- Yum Yum Sauce:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp sugar
- Paprika (for flavor)
- Water (to thin out)
Instructions
- Cook rice as directed on package.
- Marinate chicken in honey, ginger, soy sauce, and garlic for at least 30 mins.
- Heat olive oil in a pan; cook chicken until fully cooked.
- Stir-fry mixed vegetables in the same pan.
- Assemble bowls with rice, chicken, veggies, and Yum Yum sauce on top.
