- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups spinach
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced smoked sausage and cook until browned, about 6-8 minutes.
- Add chopped onion, bell pepper, and zucchini to the skillet. Sauté until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
