- 4 cups water
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks

- 2 bay leaves

Instructions
- Prep your ingredients: Dice onions and chop all vegetables.

- Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
- Once cooked, slice the beef and serve with vegetables.
