  • 1 small head of cabbage, chopped

  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Place corned beef in a slow cooker.
  2. Layer cabbage, carrots, potatoes, and onions.
  3. Add broth, garlic, pepper, caraway seeds, and salt.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
  5. Remove, slice beef, and serve.
