Instructions
- Prepare Your Ingredients: Start with 6 hard-boiled eggs. If you haven’t boiled them yet, place them in a pot, cover with water, bring to a boil, then simmer for 9-12 minutes. Transfer them to an ice bath to cool.
- Make the Pickling Liquid: In a saucepan, combine vinegar, water, salt, sugar, and black peppercorns. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

- Assemble and Chill: Pour the hot pickling liquid over the layered ingredients, seal the jar, and let it cool to room temperature before refrigerating.
