  • 1 cup mushrooms, chopped

  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a floured surface.
  3. In a skillet, sauté the chopped mushrooms until they are soft.
  4. In a bowl, mix the sautéed mushrooms, cream cheese, shredded cheese, green onions, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  5. Spread the mushroom and cheese mixture evenly over the puff pastry.
  6. Roll the pastry tightly into a log and slice into pinwheels.
  7. Place the pinwheels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
