Ingredients

  • 1 cup Asiago cheese, grated
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

  5. Return the chicken to the skillet, coat with the sauce, and simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
