Ingredients

  • 1 pound sausage, sliced
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cups corn (fresh, frozen, or canned)
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (or to taste)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sausage and brown.
  2. Sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
  3. Stir in corn and cook for a few minutes.
  4. Add chicken broth, bring to a boil.
