Description

A quick and easy homemade bread infused with Parmesan cheese and fresh rosemary, perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 packet (2 1/4 teaspoons) active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Activate yeast in warm water and sugar for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients, then knead for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Let the dough rise until doubled in size (1 hour).
  5. Shape and rise again (30 mins). Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

For a gluten-free option, substitute all-purpose flour with a gluten-free blend. Store leftover bread in a paper bag at room temperature for up to 3 days.
