Ingredients

- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 packet (2 1/4 teaspoons) active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Activate yeast in warm water and sugar for 5-10 minutes.
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, then knead for 5-7 minutes.
- Let the dough rise until doubled in size (1 hour).
- Shape and rise again (30 mins). Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
For a gluten-free option, substitute all-purpose flour with a gluten-free blend. Store leftover bread in a paper bag at room temperature for up to 3 days.
