Description

A savory rosemary garlic sirloin roast that’s quick, easy to prepare, and perfect for family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Sirloin Roast
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup Beef Broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix garlic, rosemary, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the mixture all over the sirloin roast.
  4. Place the roast in a roasting pan, pouring beef broth around it.
  5. Roast for 15 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 325°F (165°C) and cook for an additional 45 minutes.
  6. Let the roast rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
