- 2 lbs Sirloin Roast
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Rosemary, chopped
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- 1 cup Beef Broth
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
- In a small bowl, mix garlic, rosemary, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the mixture all over the sirloin roast.
- Place the roast in a roasting pan, pouring beef broth around it.
- Roast for 15 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 325°F (165°C) and cook for an additional 45 minutes.
- Let the roast rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
