- 1 package Oreo cookies, crushed
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 1 package cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon red food coloring
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- ¼ cup Christmas sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9-inch springform pan by wrapping it tightly in aluminum foil.
- In a bowl, combine crushed Oreo cookies, melted butter, and sugar, then press into the bottom of the prepared pan and bake for 8-10 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth, gradually add sugar, stir in vanilla, cocoa powder, and red food coloring.
- Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form and gently fold into the cream cheese mixture with sprinkles.
- Lower oven temperature to 325°F (160°C), place the springform pan in a larger roasting pan, and fill with hot water halfway. Bake for 1 hour.
- Cool in the oven for 1 hour, then cool outside for 2-3 hours before refrigerating for 6-8 hours or until firm.
- Remove from the pan, top with whipped cream and garnish with mini Oreos and extra sprinkles before serving.
