Ingredients

  • 1 cup pepperoni slices, chopped
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
  3. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt; whisk together.
  4. Add cheese and pepperoni, ensuring they’re evenly distributed.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, olive oil, and eggs.
  6. Pour wet ingredients into dry mixture; gently stir until just combined.
  7. Transfer batter to the prepared loaf pan.
  8. Bake for about 40-50 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Allow to cool for 10 minutes in the pan before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
