Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt; whisk together.
- Add cheese and pepperoni, ensuring they’re evenly distributed.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, olive oil, and eggs.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry mixture; gently stir until just combined.
- Transfer batter to the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for about 40-50 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes in the pan before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
