Description

A gourmet Pan-Seared New York Strip Steak drizzled with a rich Gorgonzola cream sauce, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 New York strip steaks
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add steaks and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side.
  4. Remove from skillet and let rest.
  5. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic.
  6. Add heavy cream, bring to simmer, and stir in Gorgonzola until smooth.
  7. Serve steaks topped with sauce and garnish with parsley.
