- Salt

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add steaks and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Remove from skillet and let rest.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic.
- Add heavy cream, bring to simmer, and stir in Gorgonzola until smooth.
- Serve steaks topped with sauce and garnish with parsley.
